As Srenior AP Specialist in the Global Accounts Payable (AP) team, you will apply advanced expertise and a customer-centric mindset to develop solutions for complex problems and define new processes with sound judgment. You will take ownership of key accounting functions, lead initiatives that improve business outcomes, and play a pivotal role in fostering cross-functional relationships and mentoring peers. You Will: Review travel and expense transactions, including employee reimbursements, cash advances, and corporate card activity, ensuring compliance with company policies (assigned entities) Prepare and submit weekly payment registers for employee reimbursement requests (assigned entities) Prepare and submit weekly statement summaries for all travel and entertainment transactions (assigned entities) Maintain and file hard-copy invoices in accordance with established documentation and retention policies. Participate in month-end close tasks, including journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting activities. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations (BSRs), ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Conduct flux (variance) analysis to explain significant changes in financial statement accounts, particularly T&E liability accounts. Take responsibility for setting individual goals and managing the scope of work with minimal supervision. Work independently with significant freedom while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Perform other duties as assigned to support the Global AP Team and organizational objectives. You Have: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance. 2-4 years of accounting or accounts payable experience. Experience with the end to end accounts payable process preferred. Experience with reconciliation and flux variance analysis preferred. Travel and entertainment experience, including managing cash advances and corporate cards, preferred. Prior experience working in a global company with a diverse vendor base is a plus. Familiarity with Navan, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems is a plus. Strong analytical skills. Detail oriented and well organized. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
