THE ROLE As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in executing and optimizing the accounts payable function. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and vendor account reconciliations, while serving as a subject matter expert for AP operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong attention to detail, and is passionate about improving processes. You will partner cross-functionally with teams across Finance, Procurement, and Operations, and may provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. RESPONSIBILITIES Own end-to-end accounts payable processing of 3 way match invoices. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all AP transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards Perform vendor account reconciliations and proactively resolve discrepancies or outstanding issues. Serve as a point of contact for vendor inquiries, maintaining strong and professional relationships. Identify opportunities to streamline AP workflows and improve efficiency through process enhancements and automation Support implementation and optimization of AP systems and tools, including ERP platforms Partner cross-functionally with Fulfillment centers and category managers to resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements. JOB INFORMATION Compensation Description - The pay range for this position is $30 - $32/hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location. Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Stock Options, Health & Wellness Benefits, Flexible PTO, and more! This position requires traveling to our HQ office in Los Angeles, California, twice a year for all-company summits; once in the summer and once in the winter.
