QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
• English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
• Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates Degree in Accounting or closely related field, or two plus years equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years accounting experience - specifically with accounts receivable
• At least 1 year experiencing working in manufacturing or distribution company, highly preferred
• Experience with an ERP Software; Oracle NetSuite specifically is a +plus
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with Vendor Portals is a +plus
• Administrative experience (answering phones, filing, faxing, scanning, etc.)

• Customer Records Management: Set up and maintain accurate customer records in NetSuite, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Pricing Administration: Implement and maintain customer pricing structures, including adjustments for promotional events.
• Process Pre-payments: Credit card & ACH payments - releasing pending orders.
• Collections: Proactively follow up with customers on outstanding balances and coordinate collection efforts as needed.
• Rebate Calculations: Accurately calculate and process tiered rebates based on established criteria and agreements.
• Refund Management: Process customer refunds in alignment with Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and internal policies.
• Credit Management: Establish and monitor customer credit limits, evaluating financial risk and maintaining healthy receivables.
• Billing Expertise: Process and manage billing activities for retail customers, ensuring timely and accurate invoices.
