About the Role: As the Senior Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial, clerical, and administrative support across our ANZ operations. This role is essential to ensuring accurate processing of customer payments, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our Finance department. This role blends ownership with teamwork, giving you the opportunity to manage key accounts while supporting daily operations. You’ll work closely with Customer Service to resolve issues and streamline processes like customer setup and onboarding. Collaboration is key, you’ll be part of a stable and supportive Finance team and regularly engage with passionate colleagues in Sales and Medical, all working together to deliver great outcomes for our customers. What You Will Do: Maintain and update customer master records Process daily receipting and manage collection activities Oversee credit management and ensure timely billing of customers Collaborate with sales personnel to resolve customer issues Coordinate and follow up on outstanding account matters Execute month-end close processes Generate and report on aged trial balance status and actions Provide training and support to the Accounts Administrator Participate in business projects with the wider Finance team and key stakeholders Who You Are: With at least five years of accounts receivable experience, you are a proactive finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You bring: Solid experience in accounts, particularly accounts receivable Strong understanding of financial processes and systems Proficiency in English and confidence working with technology Familiarity with large ERP systems (SAP preferred) High attention to detail A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement A background in physical products is highly desirable along with accounting knowledge, however, what matters most is your ability to contribute to a high-performing team and embrace new challenges with enthusiasm.
