QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• At least 5 years of experience in an AR role or dealing with Accounts Receivable matters specifically.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting highly desired.
• A relevant professional accounting qualification.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining positive and effective communication with all members of the finance team and wider business.
• Communicating effectively and professionally with external parties and debtors.
• Mentoring and supporting other AR team members where applicable.
• Management of comprehensive transactional accounting within the AR remit for all relevant business units.
• Ensuring prompt and timely invoice production and issue.
• Full credit note management.
• Managing the recovery and recording of staff sales accounts and reconciliation with payroll.
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
• Providing a professional and timely credit control function where necessary.
• Effectively contributing to the continuous improvement of accounts receivable processes and timelines.
