The National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia (NATA) is Australia's national accreditation body. We provide independent assurance of the technical competence and integrity of organisations for clients who require confidence in the delivery of their products and services. We are seeking to appoint a full-time Senior Accreditation Coordinator in our Rhodes (NSW) or Camberwell (VIC) office. The Senior Accreditation Coordinator is an experienced member of the Accreditation Team and plays an important role in supporting the effective delivery of accreditation services in accordance with NATA's policies and procedures. About the role Supervise, coach and mentor a team of Accreditation Coordinators, supporting their development and alignment with NATA's values and strategic objectives. Support Lead Assessors in the delivery of accreditation services Plan, coordinate and follow up assessment activities to ensure timeframes, deadlines and expectations are met. Assist with client management activities, including responding to client requests, enquiries and complaints in collaboration with relevant NATA staff. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Identify and contribute to process improvement opportunities and support effective service delivery across the Accreditation Team. Skills and experience Relevant experience or academic qualifications, for example in a scientific, engineering, business administration or related area. Professional experience with accreditation services or similar activities (highly desirable). Demonstrated experience supervising others, monitoring outputs and supporting team development. Experience building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Sound analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written business and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks. Intermediate skills and practical experience in software applications, document and record management software, databases and a willingness to learn new systems.
