QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

• 5 years’ experience in healthcare industry, including experience with accrediting and regulatory compliance (State, Federal and Joint Commission)

Preferred Education: Master’s degree.

:• Demonstrated initiative in achieving strategic goals and objectives

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of how to use data to analyze processes and measure outcomes
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
