Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Acquisition Program Engineer supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Armament Directorate (AFLCMC/EB). This role provides senior-level acquisition and program management advisory support for ACAT I, II, and III programs in accordance with DoD and Department of the Air Force acquisition policy. This is a full-time onsite position at Eglin Air Force Base, FL. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: Apply senior-level knowledge of systems acquisition and program management in accordance with DoDI 5000.02, DoDI 5000.75, AFI/DAFI 63-101, AFI/DAFI 63-138, and AFPAM/DAFPAM 63-128. Lead development, maintenance, and updates of acquisition documentation and statutory/regulatory reports (MAR, SAR, DAES, APB) for ACAT I, II, and III programs. Develop and maintain acquisition reports using DAMIR, EDA, PMRT, CRIS, and other DoD/OSD-mandated systems. Prepare senior-leader briefings, graphics, dashboards, and reports supporting acquisition decision-making. Assess program execution against approved cost, schedule, and performance baselines and recommend corrective actions or alternative courses of action. Plan, evaluate, and support implementation of acquisition strategies for weapon system development, production, deployment, and sustainment. Support program management reviews, senior-level meetings, and IMP/IMS reviews. Advise and assist Government personnel with source selection activities in a non-decision-making advisory role. Develop, maintain, and execute program risk management plans; facilitate risk identification, analysis, handling, and monitoring. Support Agile development and management processes with Government and prime contractors. Develop Business Case Analyses, trade studies, acquisition milestone documentation and briefings (including 2366a/b), AoA guidance and reports, IMS, market research reports, ESIS, and ASP briefings. Support lifecycle data planning, including development and management of CDRLs and DIDs. Develop documentation and briefings supporting acquisition decision milestones.
