Overview:
WiSC Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and highly experienced Senior Acquisition Program Manager to lead complex acquisition and program support efforts. This role combines technical expertise, acquisition lifecycle support, stakeholder coordination, and project management to guide mission-aligned delivery across enterprise programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage acquisition strategy programs and provide programmatic oversight across the lifecycle, ensuring alignment with IT and enterprise architecture.
  • Coordinate Requests for Change (RFCs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and configuration management processes in support of modernization efforts.
  • Develop, revise, and submit acquisition documentation packages, including technical annexes and policy-aligned guidance.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to manage inputs and updates for system documentation and acquisition planning.
  • Support senior leadership with data-driven reports, budget tracking, and risk management recommendations.
  • Provide cross-functional support for strategic planning, milestone scheduling, and decision documentation.
  • Maintain and improve programmatic tools and templates to ensure effective communication and workflow efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Technology Management or a related discipline.
  • PMP or DAWIA Level III (Program Management) certified.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in acquisition support, systems lifecycle management, and program office coordination.
  • Strong background in executive-level support and policy compliance in defense or intelligence sectors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, and SharePoint; familiarity with tasking systems and administrative workflow platforms.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Background in human resources support, administrative management, and personnel systems.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture programs, business process planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with ITADE, CONOPS, or other program design documents.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
