Description The Senior Action Officer (Junior) The position provides executive-level coordination, policy support, task management, and stakeholder engagement in support of healthcare delivery, medical readiness, and cybersecurity operations. All Position Responsibilities Organize, direct, and manage contract operational support functions involving multiple, complex, and interrelated tasks. Support development, review, and coordination of policy proposals and program documentation. Maintain and manage client interface at senior government leadership levels. Coordinate with government and contractor personnel to formulate, track, and review task plans and deliverables. Ensure conformance with program schedules, milestones, and performance standards. Provide executive support to business operations, tasker management, and strategic initiatives Role supports mission-critical healthcare delivery, IT modernization, and cybersecurity governance functions. Candidate must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and ability to operate at senior government levels. Requirements Minimum Required Qualifications 2–3 years of directly relevant industry experience Experience supporting DoD or federal government programs Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment Education & Certifications Required Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience) Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) Experience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Exposure to healthcare administration, IT, cybersecurity, or medical readiness environments Prior experience supporting executive or senior-level government offices Additional Notes / Intel Role supports mission-critical healthcare delivery, IT modernization, and cybersecurity governance functions.
