SENIOR ADMIN PRACTITIONER IN A CARE HOME

The successful candidate will be able to work accurately and prioritise work effectively. Good communication skills are essential as you will be required to work hand in glove with the Registered Manager and Deputies and liaise with Clients & their families, the Team and other Company Managers Dept Heads and Consultants and Regulators.
More about you and the role:

Reporting directly to the Registered Manager and Deputies. Duties will be diverse, interesting and will include the following. Full training will be given. By its nature, the role will be administratively based within a thriving Care Home making a difference to people’s lives.

  • Maintaining and updating all Client data and information to ensure the smooth running of administration around the services, including admin audits of care plans and managing the systems and processes supporting the quality of care.
  • Maintaining and updating time recording and payroll information (e.g. holidays, sickness, contracted hours etc.) and other HR processes
  • Maintaining and analysing data and creating reports and actions
  • Excellent organisation and general administration skills and attention to detail
  • Able to follow systems and processes.
  • Excellent I.T Literacy – experience of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint or similar
  • Articulate, good interpersonal skills, excellent Communication Skills, written and verbal, and confident in engaging with people
  • Excellent team player and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to multi-task
  • Able to work on your own initiative.
