This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. As a key member of a top-performing team, you’ll bring a proactive mindset, exceptional organisational skills and a “can-do” attitude. Some of the key duties include: Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and tender submissions. Support the real estate agents in meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate property marketing campaigns and create materials using InDesign, Canva, and PowerPoint. Manage meeting logistics, including agendas, action items, and minutes. Handle billing, invoicing, and expense claims. Maintain CRM, electronic filing systems, and databases with precision. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within the Real Estate or Property sector. Experience using Canva and Adobe Indesign is highly desirable. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong time management and ability to multi-task. Proactive in supporting and adding value to the team. Why join us?
