ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting and new opportunity for a Senior Administration Officer who will be responsible to support the business unit’s program of work and assist the operation of Corrective Services Industries Facilities Maintenance Business Unit at the Francis Greenway Complex.
As the ideal candidate you will be required to have strong communication and written skills and maintain excellent customer service levels. The role includes, however is not limited to the following tasks: support with streamlining services, attend meetings, prepare agendas and taking meeting minutes, use of computer systems relating to Corrective Services, ensuring documents are stored correctly and maintaining confidentiality and privacy. You will also be required to complete general administration tasks which include answering phone calls, email correspondence, filing and any other tasks required by Executive staff. This role is open for all genders to apply!
