The Senior Administration Officer oversees the provision of administrative and project support services to facilitate the delivery of business operations to agreed standards, and acts as a subject matter expert for financial, human resources and procurement related activities. ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: * A highly organised operator who can manage high volumes of requests, and has the ability to transform information into concise and timely responses/communications * A calm and structured multitasker who can balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and use sound judgement to prioritise and meet key deadlines * A supportive team leader who provides clear direction, sets priorities and creates an environment for people to grow and succeed * A proactive problem solver who can identify opportunities to improve processes and drive more efficient, consistent ways of working * Able to exercise discretion, judgement and maintain confidentiality * Experienced in working closely and collaboratively with senior leadership team members ABOUT THE TEAM Divisional Coordination Branch Sitting within our Policy Programs and Finance Division, the divisional coordination team provides high level administrative and strategic support to the division, the Executive Director and the Directors. The team manages ministerial briefings, business planning, governance, risk and compliance, records management, staff onboarding and key operational services across the division.
