The opportunity Due to an internal secondment, our Facilities & Infrastructure Administration team are seeking a dynamic senior level administrator to provide seamless support to our Asset Section Manager and section. Our Assets Section is made up of Engineering Services, Statutory Property, Fleet, and Community Assets – bringing a diverse and technical focus to the Directorate. Utilising your high level skillsets across administration, you’ll be responsible for diary and email management, high level reporting, preparing meeting documentation and creating complex presentations. This role involves a lot of time management, proactivity and an ability to be one step ahead of your Section Manager you’re supporting. This is a contract opportunity for 12 months – working full-time 35 hours / week + access to a flexible working arrangement Base Salary Range: $69,600 - $81,716 pa based on 35 hours / week + 12% superannuation + $2,464 retention allowance You will be working from PSC Administration Building, Raymond Terrace The key responsibilities can be found in the position description – view the position description. Responsibilities
