Description

We are seeking a highly organised Senior Administration Officer to join our Community Services team. You’ll play a key part in supporting programs, employees, clients, and external stakeholders by delivering efficient and high-quality administrative support.
Full-Time Position | Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

As a Senior Administration Officer, you’ll be responsible for a broad range of duties including rostering, compliance, intake, recruitment support, and financial administration. What you’ll do,

  • Act as the initial point of contact for stakeholders, handling enquiries and correspondence.
  • Manage office administration tasks including reception, data entry, filing, archiving, mail, and petty cash.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Undertake rostering, NDIS billing and payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide IT support and assist with system training for new staff.
  • Maintain registers for incidents, complaints, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure vehicle and WHS compliance records are maintained.
  • Assist with financial processes and reporting.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Previous experience in an administration role, ideally in community or health services.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and confident data management abilities.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage competing deadlines independently and within a team.
  • A valid QLD Driver’s license and a valid, or ability to successfully apply for, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Blue Card.Desirable: Experience in community services, disability or mental health support environments, and/or tertiary qualifications in a related field.
