We are seeking applications for a Senior Administration Officer to join our new Mental Health service in Wagga Wagga, on a permanent full-time basis.
This pivotal Administration Officer role plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience for clients, from their initial engagement through to their ongoing appointments.
You’ll join a dedicated and collaborative team in a purpose-built community setting, contributing to a recovery-oriented and trauma-informed model of care.
The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced and organised professional with a strong background in administration or office management within a healthcare or related setting. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in document preparation and workflow coordination, as well as demonstrated proficiency in operating and managing electronic client booking systems and related software with a high degree of accuracy.
Successful applicants will be familiar with fee schedules, coding & billing, WorkCover, DVA and/or other insurers.
