The Workforce Co-ordinator RHSG provides quality administrative and executive and administrative support, as well as expert leadership in the areas of recruitment and workforce engagement for Rural Hospitals Service Group and facilities within. The role is expected to focus on all human resource activity specifically recruitment and attraction of skilled candidates, ensuring compliance against specific role and positional scope criteria.
Contribute to the development, in consultation with management and stakeholders, guidelines, procedures and systems to support medical workforce strategies for the RHSG and contribute to the improvement of recruitment and retention processes.

Generous remuneration package value up to $110,852 p.a. comprising:

  • Salary range of $88,187 to $97,156 p.a. (AO4)
  • 4 weeks annual leave with 17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.
