Description
MTSI is seeking a Senior Administrative Analyst to provide direct support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in program administration, documentation management, and technical coordination, with a proven record of supporting MDA and DoD programs. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and experience managing deliverables in a dynamic mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and analytical support to MDA leadership and program teams. Manage project documentation, data calls, and contract deliverables, ensuring compliance with MDA and DoD standards. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and workflow between engineering, acquisition, and management teams. Review and edit technical and non-technical documentation for accuracy, format, and adherence to established standards. Support the preparation, review, and submission of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and related deliverables. Track and manage program metrics, action items, and project milestones using management databases and collaboration tools. Maintain SharePoint repositories, databases, and documentation systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Provide administrative and logistical coordination for project reviews, working groups, and technical exchanges. Collaborate with government and contractor stakeholders to streamline reporting processes and document control. Support internal audits, compliance tracking, and readiness reviews for assigned MDA projects. Required Qualifications MS/MA degree and 12+ years of experience. A BS/BA with 20+ years of experience is acceptable in lieu of a MS/MA degree. Active Secret clearance. Demonstrated experience supporting Missile Defense Agency (MDA) or other DoD acquisition programs. Strong technical writing, document management, and editing skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and database management tools. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Desired Qualifications Experience supporting MDA technical organizations. Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM), contract deliverable tracking, and DoD document standards. Knowledge of military-style documentation and data management systems. Previous experience supporting acquisition, engineering, or test-related documentation efforts within MDA or other DoD agencies. #LI-AS1
