Handles confidential and non-routine information. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Provides administrative support to one or more executives. Advises department in the use of the business unit or department's products and services. Coordinates space and facilities moves and setup for new partners, including obtaining necessary computer equipment, phones, filing cabinets and other office supplies. Prepares charts, tables, graphs and other presentation material. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
