Description SHINE Technologies is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for the Engineering Department. The purpose of the position is to provide administrative support on a variety of activities to support the Engineering team. The base salary range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00 per hour plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Provides administrative support including: Arranges meetings with appropriate personnel Works with engineers to develop meeting agendas Takes and distributes meeting minutes Maintains action item lists and follows-up accordingly Supports engineering team with travel arrangements, coordination, and expense management Compiles comments on owner acceptance reviews (OARs) Tracks OARs, design information transmittals (DITs), and other engineering requests to ensure timely responses Transmits documents to records Checks and compiles status information for large coordinated tasks Compiles lists of information from documents or databases Supports coordination of onboarding efforts for new engineering staff Requirements Associates degree preferred. Will consider equivalent experience in office administration A minimum of 3+ years of administrative background Engineering, Science, or Technology related background preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) Analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently/effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment Strong time management skills and thorough record-keeping ability Strong communication skills, both oral and written Service oriented and excited to be part of a team Positive, solution-focused attitude Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant’s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls.
