Make a Difference The Senior Administrative Assistant provides advanced administrative and secretarial support services to an assigned Vice President. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations; coordinating schedules and meetings; maintaining records and files; and supporting executive-level operations. This role requires a high degree of responsibility, accountability, confidentiality, and discretion. The individual anticipates executive needs, supports special projects, coordinates communication across stakeholders, and serves as a key liaison with physicians, staff, board members, volunteers, patients, and visitors. Success in this role requires strong initiative, sound judgment, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to teamwork and organizational excellence. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive administrative, executive assistant, or office management experience (preferably in healthcare). Demonstrated ability to provide advanced administrative support, including managing executive calendars, preparing complex correspondence and presentations, tracking budgets, and supporting high-level operational needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization, including executives, physicians, board members, staff, and external stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion; sound judgment and ability to make independent decisions. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills; able to work effectively under pressure and manage frequent interruptions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business systems; familiarity with AV and standard office equipment; working knowledge of accounting principles and basic financial concepts. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while modeling PRIIDE values and fostering a positive team environment.
