Description
This role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Partners, Associate Partners and other members of the leadership team at KPMG. This role serves as a liaison between the leadership team and internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a high degree of organizational skills, discretion, and professionalism, as well as the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. 1.Calendar management: •Manage the calendar for the leader(s), including scheduling meetings and appointments. •Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing meeting materials, reserving conference rooms, and arranging for catering services. • 2.Travel management: •Booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements. •Preparing itineraries and travel documents.   3.Project management and communication: •Managing multiple projects and gathering updates on tasks and deadlines across departments •Responding to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries on behalf of the leader(s). • 4.Expense management and process approvals: •Manage the expenses, including preparing expense reports, tracking receipts, and ensuring compliance with company policies. •Updating Rekonnect timesheets and providing approvals on behalf of the leader(s) on Converge/Rekonnect/Happay/other internal tools • 5.Administrative support: •Provide general administrative support to the leader(s) such as booking seat, including managing documents (such as SoW), and ordering supplies. •Greeting visitors and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, across different time zones and cultures.
