Position: Senior Administrative Assistant
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Compensation: $60k-70k/year, commensurate with experience + Competitive Bonus based on company and personal performance
Start Date: Immediately

LRS Private Wealth Management Inc. is a Calgary-based financial services firm committed to delivering comprehensive guidance in retirement planning, investments, insurance, and estate strategies. We primarily serve high-net-worth professionals, and our approach is rooted in integrity, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to support our growing practice. The ideal candidate is not only efficient and resourceful but also personable, professional, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and support business growth.
A background in finance or financial services would be a strong asset, though it is not essential for the right candidate with the drive, initiative, and ability to learn quickly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years+ of administrative experience (financial services, banking, or insurance an asset)
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with payroll, quickbooks and CRM systems an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Professional, client-service oriented demeanor
  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business, or Finance an asset
