Role Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Office Manager and will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties and responsibilities: Client Reception and Support Maintaining clean, organized, presentable client facing spaces Mail management- Receive, sort, distribute, scan, and file all incoming mail and FedEx daily Administrative Support- assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning and data entry Maintain shared calendar for office Order Office supplies Process mail in recordings to county clerks’ office All other duties assigned by management Note: This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the position and is not an exhaustive list of skills, efforts, duties, responsibilities, or working conditions associated with it. Requirements Experience/Qualifications: High School degree; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Skills and Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Occasional lifting of light to moderate items may be required. Schedule Core business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday Work Location: In-Office: Available for candidates local to Austin, Houston, Harker Heights, or San Antonio, TX.
