This position performs all clerical and selected administrative duties and coordinates in planning clinic and care conferences, and oversees logistical and technical details for the interdisciplinary team and nursing leadership events in service to the program of the Providence Child Center. Utilizes independent judgment and initiative on assignments that are time sensitive in nature, and demonstrates the ability to interface with various other departments (e.g. Information Services, Regional HealthStream) and external contacts (e.g. other healthcare offices and systems). This position requires the use of independent judgment and initiative on assignments that are sensitive in nature.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of college. Or equivalent educ/experience
  • Formal training in administrative support skills obtained in business school. Or equivalent educ/experience
  • Upon hire: In Compliance with the Oregon Child Care Division, criminal history registration is required for this position based on assigned duties.
  • Upon hire: In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position.
  • 5 years of Administrative experience.
