POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Administrative Coordinator will report directly to the Assistant Vice President, assisting Advancement Services, Donor Relations and Lifelong Learning and Community Education as needed. This position is responsible for providing executive support, project management, unit procurement support and will serve in a budget management capacity for the unit. This position will interact with internal and external campus partners while maintaining professionalism, sensitivity to confidentiality and campus protocol.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree and five years’ of highly responsible and varied office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
