Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating workflows that ensure the effective administration of licences and registrations under the Radiation Protection & Control Act 2021.

Key duties include

  • Coordinate and manage the processing, determination, and maintenance of radiation licensing and registration records in line with established standards.
  • Provide input and assistance in the development of policies and procedures to improve radiation licensing processes.
  • Ensure smooth operation of all radiation examinations conducted by the public, including supporting assessing examination standards and providing valuable feedback.
  • Evaluate the eligibility of radiation licence and registration applications, managing more complex cases and customer queries.
  • Support the development and implementation of standards and practices for radiation examinations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
