JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Senior Administrative Services Assistant provides assistance to the Associate Dean, Assistant Dean, and GME Office. Duties include managing the Associate Dean calendar, scheduling meetings, designing PowerPoint presentations, providing editorial services for publications, maintaining maintenance of certification requirements, processing training verifications and front office phone calls and visitors.

  • Assist the Associate Dean with travel, presentations, and credentialing.
  • Processes training verifications for resident credentialing.
  • Manages the Associate Dean calendar.
  • Manages the front office to include phone calls and visitors.
  • Manages GME conference rooms and resident resource center.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED)
EXPERIENCE: Four (4) years administrative support experience; OR an Associate’s Degree in Business or related field and two (2) years of experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; excellent written, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion in identifying and processing sensitive and confidential information/assignments.
  • Ability to research information, upon request or as needed, to complete assignments or tasks.
  • Ability to compose and edit documents for content, grammar, punctuation, and format for concise and accurate documents.
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints while handling changing priorities/deadlines to complete assigned tasks.
  • Ability to operate office equipment as necessary to complete assignments or tasks.
    WORK SCHEDULE: This position may occasionally be required to work evenings
