QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree and four years’ experience or a high school diploma or equivalent and eight years of experience. (Note: or combination of post high school education and experience equal to eight years.)

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Co-Directors, leads the management and implementation of ICON-Health’s strategic and operational goals, including policy development, program coordination, and compliance monitoring. Serves as the primary administrative liaison, ensuring alignment with federal, state, and regulations and deliverables. Facilitates collaborations with university units and external partners.
Provides comprehensive executive support to the Co-Directors, including calendar management, travel coordination and reimbursement processing, meeting scheduling, correspondence drafting, and CV maintenance. Manages ICON communications and oversees planning and execution of events and engagements.
Serves as liaison with FSU academic units. Forms, maintains and facilitates relationships with community partners including state agencies, health care clinics, and non-profit organizations.
Assists Co-Directors in overseeing development and implementation of administrative procedures for managing and utilizing grant resources and monitoring project progress and completion. Interfaces with University and College departments, such as FSU Sponsored Research Office, Accounting Services, Pre- Award office and Post-Award office. Coordinates award activities among institutions and sub-contractors, etc.
Manages current and ongoing research collaborations. Responsible for overseeing meeting arrangements, preparation of meeting materials and PowerPoint presentations, correspondence and reports and other related duties assuring logistics and necessary follow-up. Assist in the submission of research publications and grants.
