Join the Delaware Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance (DMMA) as an Administrative Specialist III. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support for Deputy Director and secondary support to the Director.
Your responsibilities will include providing direct administrative support to DMMA’s Deputy Director by making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, creating agendas, taking minutes, proofreading documents, answering calls, taking messages, answering client inquiries, and back-up support to the Division Director. An ideal candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.
