Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Administrative Support Agent to join our growing team!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Assist the material resources team in their various tasks, including:
  • Administrative aspects such as email tracking and dispatch, shipment of documents, material or correspondence, order tracking, data entry, filing, organization, material or supply requests, creating and tracking tickets/requests with the building manager, etc.
  • Reception aspects such as welcoming various visitors and handling their requests (access card requests, various requests to guide them, etc.)
  • Security and Health-Safety aspects such as updating files
  • Event and communication aspects such as assisting the team in coordinating meetings, memos, etc.
  • Sustainability of spaces aspects such as participating in floor tours, rearranging chairs, etc.
  • Manage correspondence and ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
  • Transcribe data from documents or databases following our procedures.
  • Respond to a variety of requests.
  • Support projects or new initiatives upon request.
  • Assist the team and receive instructions and guidance from them.
