As we celebrate our 60th anniversary in 2026 and begin a new three-year business cycle, our mission remains as strong as ever to help Hong Kong thrive in trade and businesses succeed in the ever-changing landscape.   Responsibilities:  * Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Council Secretariat Office  * Handle correspondences and enquiries concerning the Council Chairman  * Provide support services to the Chairman’s Office  * Liaise with other departments in compiling reports and presentation materials, etc.  * Organise and maintain files of correspondence and records  * Handle internal, external and government enquiries related to the Council’s operation  * Assist in monitoring KPIs and implementation of Council’s objectives   * Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors    Requirements:  * University graduate with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience  * Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Reasonable command of Putonghua  * Courteous, well-organised, efficient, responsible and meticulous  * Excellent co-ordination and interpersonal skills, tactful in dealing with all levels of people  * Flexible, agile and a team player * Proficiency in MS Applications    Remuneration and Benefits: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
