Job Description: Senior Administrator (Arabic / English) Qatar Parsons is looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Administrator (Arabic/English) to join our team! In this role, you will support day‑to‑day registration and administrative activities for real estate and city management operations, ensuring that all documentation, transactions, and stakeholder interactions are handled efficiently and accurately. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate with the registration team and provide effective administrative support for daily operations. Process and complete registration transactions for lands and units in a timely and accurate manner. Handle the full cycle of lease registration, including preparation, submission, and follow‑up. Process and administer sales and resale registration agreements in line with applicable procedures and regulations. Archive and maintain SPA contracts, title deeds, and other critical records in an organized and secure manner. Perform general administrative tasks such as processing expenses, gathering data, preparing and printing documents, and scheduling meetings. Follow up with clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of registration and related activities. Prepare basic reports, trackers, and summaries related to registration status and administrative activities. Support compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements for documentation and record‑keeping. Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate or assigned by management. What Required Skills You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Management, or a related field. 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within real estate, city management, property registration, or a related domain. Working knowledge of city management and/or real estate operations, including familiarity with registration and documentation processes. Proven experience in Qatar or other GCC countries is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, authorities, and multidisciplinary internal teams. What Desired Skills You’ll Bring Previous experience in government, municipal, or semi‑government entities dealing with land/real estate registration is a strong advantage. Familiarity with electronic registration platforms or land registration systems used in Qatar or the GCC. Experience in preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal/contractual documents (e.g., SPAs, lease agreements, title deeds). Ability to independently prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and escalate issues when required. High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to improve administrative processes.
