Job Description: Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and related documentation, ensuring accurate record keeping and data management Oversee contractor lifecycle processes, including hiring, contract renewals, and exit formalities Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, liaise with hiring managers, and follow up with candidates Assist employees by addressing HR-related questions and concerns promptly Handle employee medical outpatient claims, as well as insurance movements and related matters (enrollment, termination, and updates). Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and databases Ensure accurate documentation of employee personnel files and related records Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports Support HR in preparing documentation for internal and external audits Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and supporting wellness programs. Organize and manage HR assets, including welcome kits, books, posters, and other materials Support HR projects, initiatives, and other duties as required to assist the HR function or Division. Requirements/Qualifications: Degree holder with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion Experience with Workday and good Excel skills are preferred A collaborative team player with a mature attitude and a strong sense of responsibility Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and committed to delivering high quality service with a flexible, can-do attitude Travel Time: 0% - 25% To all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
