Montessori Teachers College has been supporting Adult Learners and prospective teachers to obtain their Montessori teacher training certifications across Canada for over 15 years. We offer MACTE accredited Montessori Diploma programs, Certificate programs, and Webinars. With our options for in-person and online classes, we strive to identify each one of our adult learners needs and help work towards their short and long-term goals of becoming Montessori teachers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Montessori Teachers College is looking to hire an individual who is well organized and adaptable.
Applicant must be able to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment with the ability to coordinate various program schedules, submit applications with hard deadlines, and assist Program Coordinators, Lecturers and the Director with daily duties related to the Learners and faculty.
Individual should:
- Previous Private Career College experience in administration and administering government programs is an asset.
- OSAP, COJG, or Second Career administration experience is required
- Have a positive attitude, be professional and courteous
- Have experience writing and editing policies and procedures
- Draft and develop policies, procedures and guidelines
- Have experience working on educational projects
- Spearhead and manage new programs while ensuring current programs run smoothly and efficiently
- Develop and maintain academic schedules for diploma and certificate programs
- Assist in the coordination and rollout of new programs and workshops
- Have a strong attention to detail (required to develop and proof-read documents, draft important letters/emails, develop PowerPoints)
- Conduct research and assist with marketing strategies and outreach
- Ensure program information is accurate and updated across all platforms, including our website
- Proficient and confident using platforms such as Google Workspace, Canvas (LMS), and Canva.
