About the role
As a Senior Administrator in the People Operations Team you will be responsible for a range of People Operation tasks and will require a clear understanding of the College’s organisational strategy and how the People Operations function supports this.
There is a strong emphasis on individual growth and development and you will actively engage in developing skills, knowledge and experience through day-to-day work activities, working with the wider People Team. You will show a considerable degree of independence in your day-to-day dealings with managers and staff.
