This role is supporting our GM Māori to advance our Māori strategy while strengthening engagement and collaboration across our kaimahi. You will play a key role in helping embed Te Ao Māori values and practices throughout PSN, ensuring our cultural and operational approaches reflect our commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and support improved outcomes for Māori and all communities we serve. This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful kaupapa work, including supporting the development of our Kaimahi Cultural Framework, facilitating engagement with teams, and providing coordination support to the GM Māori. Ngā pūkenga kei a koe I Your Skills and Experience Ideally you will have: Qualifications ·A Diploma in Business Administration or a related field New Zealand Certificate in Te Pōkaitahi Reo (Reo Rua) – Te Kaupae 1, or a comparable qualification in te reo Māori Experience & Skills Around 3 years’ experience in administration or executive assistant support, ideally within a complex or kaupapa-driven organisation Experience supporting senior leaders, managing priorities, and coordinating operational activities Confidence in leading or supporting teams, and working collaboratively across diverse groups of kaimahi Proven ability to coordinate projects, events, or organisational initiatives, ensuring tasks are delivered efficiently and to a high standard Strong organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application within an organisational or community context Ngā āhuatanga hirahira o te mahi nei I Highlights of Working with Us We are committed to creating a diverse work place where you can look forward to feeling included and valued for your contribution.
