Six Star Group specialise in making homes warm, dry and healthy. We provide damp-proofing and insulation services; Ensuring our clients live in warm & dry homes that are healthy places to live. Currently we have a permanent role available to assist with office administration.
We’re looking for a reliable person who has experience working in this time-sensitive industry and able to organise brilliantly under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and great customer service skills. Our business is growing and office-based support is critical to the success of the growth strategy. We’d like someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude to work with our great team to help with finance.
· Support work for the Director
· Management of boards system (Monday.com)
· Some invoicing
· Handling all enquiries
· Specialist stock procurement
· Calendar management
· Organising contractors and scheduling some installs
· Fleet management (fuel cards van maintenance)
· Accounts management
· Organising and executing marketing initiatives
· Constructionline Gold and Acclaim management
· Ensure staff records are up-to-date
· Waste management with skip companies
· Compiling and sending quotes in a timely manner
· All customers enquiries and pro-active contacting of customers
· Any other duty which, from time to time, may reasonably be required
