The Purchasing team at Toyota Motor Europe is able to offer you this challenge. Located in the heart of Europe our department plays a key strategic role in the development of our future products. You will be located in the Part Buying and Engineering team. .Your responsibilities As part of our Purchasing team, you provide the administrative support working closely with the buyers, engineers in TME Purchasing and our suppliers. In more detail; You are working in the purchasing division, where you will mainly give support to the management and to the buyers with all administrative related activities. You provide administrative support to the buyers, to the management and provide information to suppliers as a 1st contact. You follow up practical implementation of purchasing decisions through timely and accurate handling of the purchasing procedures and computer systems. You create databases and follow-up specific pricing (Excel) You organise and follow-up the travel arrangements You organise meetings, support logistic arrangements of the team You support on ad-hoc basis projects within the division You follow up communication with our suppliers ( surveys/ monthly KPI follow up etc) and Purchasing members, collect data & visualize the status / results Your Profile You have a Bachelor degree You are fluent in English (TME business language) You have very good communication skills You have more than 5 years experience in Information Systems, administration and management support You have highly developed analytical skills, accuracy and reliability You have an eye for detail and the ability to work independently You have very good knowledge/experience of MS Office tools (especially Excel: advanced formulas, pivot table…) You are interested and familiar with systems/applications in general You have business understanding and affinity with automotive products is an asset You have a Bachelor degree We offer We offer a dynamic multicultural work environment with broad opportunities to learn every day and exciting career pathways that help you explore different disciplines or areas of expertise.
