About the role We are seeking a Senior Administrator to support the AMPOL Turnaround team, commencing ASAP. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily administration, mobilisation, workforce support, workpack management, and timekeeping throughout the turnaround period. You will work initially 5 days (Mon-Fri) leading to 6 days on / 1 day off roster, for the duration of the shutdown. You will partner closely with site leadership, supervisors and work crews, managing documentation, timesheets, travel logistics, onboarding and reporting. As the turnaround progresses, the role will expand into cost control, invoice support and daily DIMES uploads (direct labour hours to AMPOL SAP).
