THE PERSON

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and can contribute to the wider team whilst working independently. You may already hold experience from an administrative background working as part of a team in an office environment. A high level of attention to detail and ability to identify priorities whilst managing a varied workload against competing deadlines are vital for this role. Likewise, you will have excellent communication skills with an ability to produce clear, written reports and present statistical data and analysis in an accessible way for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As the Senior Admissions Administrator (Interviews) you will be responsible for the set up and maintenance of the university’s interview events across the portfolio of course provision including compliance requirements. The post holder will provide a high-quality service to interviewers and applicants to support the successful operation of interview events for both home and international applicants.

The team are responsible for:

  • Operating fair, transparent and responsive admissions and selection policies to deliver an excellent applicant experience.
  • Managing admissions processes to achieve student number recruitment targets
  • Providing professional leadership and advice on all admissions activities including to external partners that have delegated responsibility in these areas.
