The Opportunity The Admissions unit seeks an incumbent who assists in the implementation of the admission-related activities, including supporting applicants’ application processing, communication, and system administration, to ensure a responsive, accurate, and timely admissions experience in line with set policies and procedures. The Responsibilities •    Assist in the development and implementation of admissions strategies, policies, and procedures by conducting research, preparing documentation, and coordinating with the concerned internal stakeholders to support students recruitment process. •    Assist in attracting a diverse pool of prospective students by supporting the execution of outreach and marketing activities, and coordinating logistics related to engagement events. •    Provide support to applicants by responding to basic inquiries, guiding them through the admissions process, and ensuring timely and accurate assistance during each stage of the admissions cycle. •    Assist in the administration and maintenance of application systems and portals (such as Common App, institutional platforms) by entering data, monitoring system functionality, and reporting technical issues to ensure seamless application processing. •    Assist in receiving and processing student applications across undergraduate, graduate, and international programmes by verifying submitted documents, updating records, and ensuring adherence to set timelines. •    Assist in verifying applicant documents and qualifications by reviewing transcripts, test scores, and credential evaluations. •    Assist in international admissions activities by preparing immigration documents, gathering credential equivalency information, and ensuring compliance with visa regulations. •    Gather programme-specific admissions criteria and ensure the accurate application of the same during the admissions process. •    Assist in issuing admission offers by preparing offer letters and coordinating communications with successful applicants to ensure timely and professional delivery of the same. •    Support the collection of data related to admissions and enrollment trends by compiling reports and assisting in basic data analysis to inform future recruitment strategies. •    Perform Ad-hoc activities related to the job duties, as requested by the Direct Supervisor. The Requirements •    A bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
