Senior AdTech Manager – US AdTech Team
Type: Full-Time Employee (FTE)
Location: US - Remote or Hybrid (Preference for candidates able to work Eastern/Central Time business hours)
Work Hours: Standard US business hours (Eastern or Central Time preferred)
Team: AdTech Team [US] – Responsible for all US media strategy, implementation, activation, & feature development
Reports To: Director/Associate Director of Advertising Technology (AdTech)

Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

The Senior AdTech Manager will support Cybbaʼs US AdTech team by executing, optimizing, and reporting on programmatic advertising campaigns. This role is critical for maintaining high operational standards, ensuring campaign accuracy, and supporting the teamʼs performance goals. The AdTech Manager will be responsible for campaign setup, audience segmentation, QA, workflow management, and will be personally accountable for the performance and delivery of their assigned campaigns. They will also serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on client calls, supporting commercial team members with technical expertise and campaign insights, and will be expected to stay current on industry trends and provide actionable recommendations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Execution: Set up, monitor, and optimize programmatic ad campaigns in The Trade Desk, Google DV360, StackAdapt, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn, following manager-provided strategies and best practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular QA checks on campaign setups and dashboards, validating performance, platform delivery, and client facing platform accuracy.
  • Workflow Management: Track campaign statuses in Jira; maintain up-to-date records and documentation in Confluence and Office365.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute campaign performance reports from all core platforms, highlighting key metrics, trends, and optimization opportunities.
  • Status Reporting: Submit a daily status report summarizing campaign performance, optimizations, blockers, and next steps.
  • Daily Standup: Participate in a daily team standup with the AdTech Director and team, where each member is personally accountable for the performance and delivery of their campaigns.
  • Client-Facing SME: Act as a subject matter expert on client calls led by commercial team members, providing technical expertise, campaign insights, and clear explanations of AdTech concepts and results.
  • Presentation Support: Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, ensuring complex data and campaign results are communicated clearly and professionally.
  • Industry Research & Recommendations: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AdTech, programmatic media, and digital marketing. Proactively provide recommendations to internal and client teams based on industry knowledge and research.
  • Collaboration: Communicate effectively with US-based team members via Slack and attend weekly check-ins during Boston, MA, USA business hours.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
