  • 6+ years in commercially focused roles, preferably in performance advertising or account management.
  • Ability to work effectively and build trusted relationships with multiple internal and external partners.
  • Experience in defining and scaling strategies / processes
  • Highly analytical and an innovative thinker
  • Preferred Experience: Digital marketing or aggregator experience is a plus
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

At Deliveroo, we’re on a mission to redefine the food delivery experience, and our advertising team plays a crucial role in this journey. We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Advertising Manager to partner with our Ads and Account Management teams. Your mission? To craft and execute advertising strategies that not only meet but exceed the needs of our restaurant partners and drive quarterly growth, both directly with our largest partners and at scale through enabling our fantastic account management teams globally.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Firstly you’ll be step-changing the impact of our partner advertising through:

  • Identifying opportunities: proactively identifying where we have scope to increase advertising penetration or spend through combination of data and commercial understanding
  • Developing processes: originating programs to organise commercial teams behind these opportunities, including high quality go-to-market and reporting to track progress
  • Enabling teams: building playbooks and materials for our commercial teams to maximise the opportunity

Secondly you’ll be working directly with some of our largest partners to help define and implement tailored advertising strategies, through:

  • Understand and Support: Gain a deep understanding of clients’ marketing objectives and challenges, proactively recommending solutions that align with their needs.
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate the launch, management, and reporting of campaigns while keeping all partners informed and expectations aligned.
  • Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor campaign performance, identifying, communicating, and resolving any issues that arise.

Finally, you’ll be helping shape our advertising and reporting products by being the voice of our partners to inform how we iterate and build ever improving solutions to meet our partners needs.
