About the role Join our team as a Financial Controller, where you will play a crucial role in managing and directing all management and financial activities to ensure compliance with internal and external financial accounting requirements and regulations. As an individual contributor in the Finance functional area, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining financial plans and policies, with a focus on controlling and reporting. Key Responsibilities As the Financial Controller, you will oversee a spectrum of crucial financial functions within our business unit or product group. This includes coordinating and controlling accounting and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will also play a key role in managing cost management and shareholder reporting and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, administration, and communication processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, providing necessary information for internal and external audit activities. Furthermore, your role involves supervising accounting activities diligently to guarantee that all reports and records adhere to established principles, standards, and relevant legislation. What You’ll Bring Financial Management: Extensive experience in managing and directing financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements.
