Your next career opportunity: As Senior Advisor, you will lead education and engagement programs that strengthen responsible research conduct at the University. You will design and manage resources, support the Research Integrity Advisor Network, and influence policy implementation across the institution. What you will deliver: Design, deliver and continuously improve engaging workshops, presentations, e-learns and resources to support responsible research conduct. Lead, support and develop the Research Integrity Advisor Network, building capability and consistency across faculties and disciplines. Coordinate OREI-wide communication and outreach activities, maintaining an integrated calendar that reflects strategic and compliance priorities. Provide expert advice to colleagues and stakeholders on education, engagement and communication approaches that promote positive compliance culture. Support policy and process development by translating complex requirements into clear, practical guidance and accessible learning materials. You may be a great fit if you: Hold a relevant tertiary qualification and extensive experience working in large, complex organisations or higher education settings. Demonstrate a strong track record designing, delivering and evaluating education, engagement or behaviour-change initiatives for diverse audiences. Bring advanced relationship management skills and the ability to influence academic, professional and senior stakeholders to achieve shared goals. Excel at written and verbal communication, including communication planning, developing targeted messaging and materials and delivering engaging presentations and content. Understand, or quickly develop understanding of, research environments, integrity principles, and relevant codes, guidelines and regulatory frameworks. Manage concurrent projects and priorities, applying sound judgement to balance operational demands with strategic education and engagement goals. Your new team: You will join Research, Innovation and Commercialisation’s Office of Research Ethics and Integrity Education and Engagement team. We partner across the University to promote ethical, responsible research and strong compliance culture. The team designs training, resources and communications that support researchers, advisors and leaders at every career stage.
