ABOUT THE ROLE - KORERO MO TE TURANGA

As Senior Adviser Risk Management, you’ll help embed effective, organisation-wide risk management practices that support confident decision-making across MPI. This central role offers exposure to diverse workstreams and the opportunity to collaborate with teams across the organisation. You’ll use your communication and facilitation skills to influence and educate others, while contributing to a strong culture of integrity and ethical conduct.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR KEY PRIORITIES WILL BE TO:

• Support consistent, organisation-wide risk identification and management practices.
• Enhance and maintain MPI’s Risk Management Framework and supporting tools.
• Provide regular reporting to inform senior leaders of key risks and mitigations.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to build risk capability across MPI.
• Bring expertise in programme and project risk management to strengthen delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with a wide range of business units across MPI’s diverse operational areas.
• Influence and support teams to adopt and embed risk methodologies.
  Contribute to MPI’s mission of protecting what matters to Aotearoa.
