We are looking for a Senior Advisor in the areas of Reliability Engineering and Asset Management to join our Business Advisory Asset Management team in Brisbane. You will help asset-intensive organisations improve performance, reliability and readiness across critical industry sectors With a strong team focus, we’re looking for someone who brings leadership qualities and a mentoring mindset to support the future success of GHD’s Business Advisory Asset Management team. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: * Providing strategic asset management advice across energy, mining, manufacturing and resources sectors. * Using data, systems thinking and commercial insight to help clients make informed decisions about physical infrastructure. * Building trusted client relationships and supporting business development through high-quality advisory engagement. * Delivering clear, practical and commercially focused advice that supports strong client outcomes. * Advising on asset management strategies, reliability improvement, data analysis, business processes and system reviews. * Collaborating with project teams to shape client solutions, support pursuits and contribute to best-practice advisory outcomes. What you will bring to the team: * Degree qualification in Engineering, Finance, Commercial, Data science or a related discipline. * Mining, manufacturing or resources industry experience in a recognised consulting asset management, maintenance, operations environment. * Experience in the application of Reliability Engineering and Maintenance strategies. * Strong data manipulation and analytical skills are highly regarded. * An understanding of Operational Readiness, Care and Maintenance and Decarbonisation is also highly regarded. * Strong stakeholder engagement skills backed by strategic problem-solving capabilities. * Commercially astute and demonstrable experience in delivering outstanding client experiences coupled with both technical and commercial performance on projects. * Proactive, professional, collaborative and personable approach. * Effective and proven business development, networking and client relationship management skills. * A good understanding and application of ISO 55000 Series and relevant industry guidance (IAM, GFMAM, IIMM) If you possess a business development mindset and enjoy leading and mentoring team members and the next generation of professionals, these opportunities will suit you.
