SUMMARY Employee will serve as Senior Advisor, Assets & Acquisitions, working in a part-time capacity alongside the Company's asset management and acquisitions teams. Day-to-day asset management matters will be coordinated with Finance, while deal sourcing and investor related activity will be led in collaboration with leadership. In this role, Employee will bring the full weight of industry experience to bear across multiple functions — expanding and elevating the Company's asset management and acquisitions capabilities, activating his network on behalf of the platform, and helping position OneWall for continued growth.  Portfolio Transition.  Employee will work to transition current portfolio of managed properties to OneWall Communities management. This includes facilitating client introductions, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring continuity of service through the transition.  Business Development.   Employee will actively pursue and cultivate new property management business on behalf of the Company, leveraging industry relationships and reputation to identify and close new management contracts.  Acquisitions Support.  Employee will source, evaluate, and support new acquisition opportunities. This includes identifying potential deals, making introductions to sellers or brokers, and supporting the Company's due diligence and underwriting processes.  Investor Relations & Capital Network.  Employee will leverage investor relationships and capital network to support the Company's fundraising, investor relations, and capital formation efforts. This may include introductions to equity partners, LP relationships, and participation in investor communications as appropriate. Mentorship & Team Development.  Employee will serve as a senior mentor across both the asset management and acquisitions functions, coaching team members, sharing institutional knowledge, and helping build internal capabilities that scale with the Company's growth. This mentorship role extends to both process development and individual team member development.  Evolving Scope. The Parties acknowledge that the scope of Employee's responsibilities may evolve over time as the Company grows and new opportunities arise. Teamwork & Collaboration – Builds strong cross-functional partnerships; communicates effectively across all levels of the organization. ---------------------------------------- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * 10+ years of experience in multifamily operations, training, or operational leadership, with multi-state portfolio exposure strongly preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documentation, operational reports, and regulatory materials. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with executive leadership, managers, and on-site teams. Mathematical Skills Ability to interpret basic financial and operational metrics related to training effectiveness and performance outcomes. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve complex operational and training challenges, interpret varied instructions, and adapt solutions to diverse property environments. Computer Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Strong working knowledge of property management systems and proptech platforms (e.g., RealPage, CRM tools, AI leasing platforms, LMS systems). ---------------------------------------- TRAVEL Travel may be required, including overnight travel as needed across assigned markets. ---------------------------------------- PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
